Role overview
Design user interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, and software applications. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create clear, usable products, and take ownership of design work from its initial direction through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop interface and experience designs for digital applications. - Work with cross-functional partners to align designs with user and business needs. - Apply UX and UI methods to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences. - Contribute to design systems used across multiple teams. - Communicate design decisions and take projects through to completion.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating practical understanding of UX and UI principles. - Experience with Figma and Sketch; familiarity with InVision is also listed. - Knowledge of current design disciplines, methods, and trends. - Experience delivering polished design work and managing design systems across teams. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design choices. - Proactive, collaborative approach and creative problem-solving skills.
Benefits and work setup
- Full-time schedule listed as 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. GST. - Remote team setup; location listed as Dubai or Abu Dhabi. - Experience range listed as 3–8+ years.
