Senior Product Manager, Growth

Role overview Own product-led growth across onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization for a business travel and spend management platform. The role focuses on finding measurable ways to help customers reach value sooner, adopt more services, and expand their use of the product. You will partner across product, engineering, design, data, sales, account management, and marketing to shape and deliver experiments and AI-supported experiences.

Responsibilities - Set and execute experiments across customer onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue growth. - Improve measures such as activation, time to value, product-qualified leads, account retention, and expansion revenue. - Identify opportunities to increase adoption of travel and payment services at relevant points in the customer journey. - Connect high-intent self-serve users with sales or account support when appropriate. - Apply language models, predictive logic, and automation to reduce friction and personalize customer experiences. - Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests with data partners, interpret results, and scale effective changes.

Requirements - At least five years of hands-on product management experience, ideally with a self-serve or product-led B2B product. - Ownership of a conversion or revenue metric, with measurable results in at least two areas among acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention. - Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including test design and interpretation of results. - Familiarity with applying AI to prototypes, small product improvements, or data analysis. - Experience with product analytics or experimentation tools such as Amplitude, LaunchDarkly, or SQL. - Ability to communicate plans clearly and align cross-functional partners around outcomes.

Benefits and work setup - Base salary range of $181,100–$213,000 USD, with equity; some roles may also include an annual bonus. - Hybrid-hub model, with roles set up for office-based or fully remote work. Benefits and perks may vary by location and employment type.
