Role overview
Develop data science and machine learning capabilities that support business decisions and customer-facing features. You’ll take initiatives through the full modeling lifecycle—from understanding the problem and preparing data to training, deployment, and monitoring—and collaborate with engineering and business partners to measure their impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop data science strategies and models for use cases such as lead scoring, churn prediction, pricing, personalization, and fraud detection. - Own work end to end, including data exploration, feature engineering, model selection and training, inference, and monitoring. - Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to implement insights and evaluate measurable results. - Work with data infrastructure and analytics teams to strengthen data assets and analytical capabilities. - Communicate methods and findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least five years of industry experience as a data scientist or machine learning engineer in a high-growth environment. - Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling. - Proficiency in Python, including tools such as scikit-learn, NumPy, and pandas, as well as SQL. - Master’s or doctoral degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, operations research, or computer science. - Clear communication skills, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - A practical problem-solving approach that starts with simple, effective methods where appropriate.

- Experience with Snowflake or Streamlit.
Benefits and work setup
- Compensation includes base pay and equity; an annual bonus may apply depending on the role. The stated base pay range is $170,000–$200,000 USD, with the final package depending on experience, expertise, and location. - Hybrid or fully remote arrangements may be available depending on role and location.
