Implementation Manager
Your mission as Implementation Manager
The Implementation Manager leads the successful implementation of Energage’s Talent Management Solution for new clients. This role serves as the primary project manager and implementation partner from kickoff through configuration, testing, training, and go-live. The ideal candidate is organized, consultative, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects while working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Implementation & Project Management
- Manage multiple client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items.
- Establish project expectations, communication cadence, and responsibilities.
- Lead kickoff and recurring client meetings.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Customer Success, Sales, and technical resources.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure implementations remain on schedule and within scope.
Solution Configuration & Consulting
- Lead discovery to understand client requirements, business processes, and desired outcomes.
- Translate requirements into effective Engagedly configurations and workflows.
- Configure platform functionality across areas such as Goals, Performance Management, Feedback, Learning, Surveys, Talent Mobility, and Analytics.
- Configure organizational structures, workflows, permissions, forms, and cycles.
- Recommend standard product functionality and best practices over unnecessary customization.
- Partner with technical teams on integrations, data requirements, SSO, APIs, and other dependencies.
Client Engagement & Launch Readiness
- Serve as the primary implementation contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong relationships with HR, People, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate solution workshops and provide implementation guidance and best practices.
- Communicate project status, decisions, risks, and next steps clearly.
- Coordinate testing, issue resolution, and configuration validation.
- Lead administrator, manager, and/or end-user training as appropriate.
- Ensure clients are prepared for launch, including configuration, data, testing, training, and change management.
- Coordinate go-live activities and provide a clear transition to the appropriate post-implementation team.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and the client experience.
- Share client feedback and recurring requirements with Product and internal teams.
- Contribute to implementation standards, methodologies, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Role:

- 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, client services, consulting, SaaS operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing client-facing software implementations from kickoff through go-live.
- Experience with HR technology, talent management, employee experience, or related SaaS solutions preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and/or training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common business productivity tools.
- Experience with CRM or project management tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- The base pay range for this role is $85,000 - $90,000.
- The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location.
- The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
- This role is also bonus eligible.
