Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI Speech Analytics)

Role overview A senior full-stack developer role focused on building conversation intelligence systems that process large volumes of interactions in production at scale. The position blends Python backend services with Vue 3 frontends, integrating LLM-powered capabilities for transcription, sentiment analysis, and summarization. It is a hands-on engineering role with end-to-end ownership of systems rather than ticket implementation.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain FastAPI and Python backend services handling high-volume conversation processing - Develop Vue 3 and TypeScript dashboards featuring real-time WebSocket streaming and data visualizations - Integrate LLM APIs and audio or speech processing pipelines for transcription, sentiment, and summary features - Design and operate scalable infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, Celery, Redis, and OpenSearch clusters - Build and support CRM and contact center integrations such as Zendesk, Genesys, and Vicidial - Shape architecture decisions, influence product direction, and own systems from design through production

Requirements - 5+ years of experience shipping production code - Full-stack capability, comfortable switching between Python services and Vue components - Daily use of AI coding tools with critical validation of their outputs - Self-directed approach to solving problems end-to-end without hand-holding - Track record of frequent shipping and managing production feedback loops - Proficiency with Python 3.11+, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Vue 3, TypeScript, and WebSockets

Nice to have - Experience operating Kubernetes workloads in production environments - Background in audio or speech processing pipelines - Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions and pre-commit hooks
