Senior DevOps Engineer

Role overview Design and operate cloud infrastructure and delivery systems that help product and technology teams run secure, scalable, and responsive services. Responsibilities - Build and maintain Azure infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code and configuration tools, and help move manual operations toward repeatable automation. - Support applications in Azure day to day, troubleshoot deployment and operational problems, and help integrate projects into test and production environments. - Design, deploy, monitor, and manage Kubernetes-based systems and reliable cloud services. - Improve security, reliability, scalability, monitoring, and cost efficiency across the cloud environment. - Advise development teams on Azure architecture and operational choices, and build tools that improve engineering productivity. - Serve as an escalation contact in an on-call rotation for critical production incidents.

Requirements - Five or more years of DevOps experience, including at least three years working with core Azure services. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, or a bachelor’s degree in another field with at least five years of professional experience. - Experience with Azure networking, cloud databases, and services such as virtual machines, storage, app hosting, and API management. - Strong capability with Terraform, Azure Bicep, or ARM templates, plus scripting and automation. - Experience with build and release automation, Kubernetes, and microservice architecture. - Understanding of Azure billing and cost modeling, and ability to troubleshoot across application and infrastructure layers.
