Role overview
Design and deliver cloud based software and AI capabilities, taking responsibility for technical decisions across application, data, infrastructure, and deployment. The work combines solution architecture and hands on engineering, including autonomous agents and retrieval systems that connect to enterprise knowledge sources.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable, resilient SaaS applications using microservices. - Develop AI agents and graph based retrieval pipelines that connect with tools, simulators, databases, and knowledge graphs. - Build low latency Python services and shape cloud infrastructure, deployment, and automation. - Work with engineering, product, customer, sales, and domain teams to agree on designs and deliver reliable solutions. - Document architecture and uphold code quality and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related STEM discipline. - Strong experience delivering production grade, microservice based applications. - Experience with AI/ML and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI, and with agents or RAG systems designed for accuracy and traceability. - Familiarity with AI coding assistants and specification driven development. - Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible. - Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, plus proficiency in Python, Node.js, or React. - Advanced English communication skills and ability to influence technical and cross functional stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Hands on React UI development and FastAPI services experience. - Prior software development experience in the oil and gas sector.
