Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. - Six or more years in consumer-directed health, employee benefits, client implementation, benefits administration, financial services, healthcare benefits, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience implementing employer-sponsored programs such as HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, commuter benefits, or lifestyle accounts. - Experience leading complex, multi-workstream implementations for large or sophisticated clients. - Strong knowledge of benefit plan design, eligibility, contributions, funding, data integration, and administration. - Clear client communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and risk resolution skills.
