Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy and roadmap for the agentic AI platform serving enterprise customers. - Partner with engineering and design to translate real enterprise workflow needs into AI agent capabilities. - Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate on the AI employee experience. - Conduct customer discovery with enterprise users across functions such as operations, support, and back office. - Communicate product direction and prioritization to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally on enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, or workflow automation products. - Working understanding of how agentic or generative AI products are designed, evaluated, and shipped. - Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with high ambiguity and fast iteration cycles. - Track record of working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Nice to have
- Background with agent frameworks, orchestration layers, or enterprise productivity tooling. - Familiarity with deploying AI products inside regulated or large enterprise environments.
