Engineering Leader

Role overview The engineering leader will drive the architecture and delivery of multi-tenant systems that serve enterprise customers operating across multiple geographies. The work centers on designing platform infrastructure that upholds data residency, tenant isolation, and regulatory compliance from the ground up. This is a senior technical leadership role with broad influence over how the platform is built and scaled.

Responsibilities - Architect multi-tenant systems capable of supporting enterprise customers across regions and jurisdictions - Design and enforce data residency controls that keep customer data within required boundaries - Build tenant isolation mechanisms that protect workloads, data, and resources from cross-tenant interference - Ensure the platform meets enterprise compliance requirements and can adapt as standards evolve - Lead technical decision-making on system design, scalability, and security posture - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align architecture with enterprise customer and regulatory needs

Requirements - Demonstrated experience architecting multi-tenant systems for enterprise-scale use - Strong grasp of data residency patterns, isolation strategies, and compliance frameworks - Track record of delivering platforms that serve customers across multiple geographies - Background leading engineering teams through complex infrastructure and platform decisions - Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise security - Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into technical design

Nice to have - Experience working with region-specific data protection regulations and audit processes - Familiarity with SaaS platform patterns serving regulated industries
