Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Colombia

Role overview A voice AI platform is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help enterprise customers adopt and scale its products. The role blends pre-sales technical support, solution architecture, and enablement work, partnering closely with account executives and customer engineering contacts. It's a customer-facing position with regular travel for onsites and a remote-first setup based in Colombia.

Responsibilities - Partner with account executives to strengthen the technical side of the sales cycle and shape deal strategy. - Work hands-on with customer and prospect engineers to design bespoke integrations and troubleshoot implementations. - Build compelling technical demos that clearly communicate the platform's value to varied audiences. - Produce enablement resources that raise the technical fluency of the broader sales team. - Develop self-service tooling and documentation so customers can implement solutions independently. - Spot repeatable integration patterns and collaborate with product teams to turn them into platform features.

Requirements - Strong customer orientation, with comfort working directly on technical problems alongside clients. - Ability to recognize patterns that can be standardized and scaled across accounts. - Solid technical background in software architecture and integration design, with hands-on Python proficiency. - Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including student clubs or side projects if professional experience is limited. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different stakeholders. - Fluency in English and Portuguese, with awareness of regional and cultural nuances. - Must be based in Colombia, with a preference for Bogotá; expect regular travel for customer onsites.
