Role overview A remote-first Deployment Strategist role based in Mexico focused on helping enterprise customers adopt and scale an AI agent platform. The position blends solution consulting, technical prototyping, and commercial deal leadership, embedding directly with strategic clients to translate complex business problems into deployed AI workflows.
Responsibilities - Partner with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-value use cases and map customer-facing or operational workflows onto AI agent solutions. - Own flagship deployments end-to-end, from scoping and use-case definition through structuring commercial terms and driving deals to close alongside go-to-market colleagues. - Spend meaningful time onsite with customers, acting as a trusted delivery lead and accountable for production outcomes. - Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to prototype, demo, and ship agent designs, including orchestration and production-readiness work. - Advise clients on best practices for agent design, integration patterns, and rollout to maximize adoption and measurable impact. - Present findings, demos, and proposals to audiences ranging from engineering teams to C-suite executives. - Channel field insights back into the product and research roadmap, helping shape future platform capabilities. - Explore expansion opportunities into new industries and use cases across global markets.
Requirements - Three or more years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, ideally with direct enterprise exposure. - Background in product development, delivery, and change management. - Commercial instinct and comfort engaging in deal conversations, value proposition design, and enterprise sales cycles. - Working proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient for prototyping and credible technical conversations. - Strong communication and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - Demonstrated ownership of complex, ambiguous projects with measurable results. - Technical familiarity with large language models, common AI tooling, and agent frameworks. - Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong awareness of regional and cultural context in Mexico.
