Deployment Strategist - Colombia

Role overview Partner with a cross-functional deployment team to bring enterprise AI agent solutions into production at strategic customer accounts. The role blends technical problem-solving, commercial ownership, and customer-facing consulting to translate ambiguous business workflows into high-impact AI use cases that ship and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities - Lead discovery sessions with strategic customers to map AI transformation goals and surface the most pressing pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows. - Own flagship engagements end-to-end, from identifying the right use case through structuring commercial terms (outcome-based pricing, license fees, implementation scope) and closing the deal. - Embed onsite with customer teams, acting as a trusted delivery partner and taking accountability for production outcomes. - Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to prototype and ship AI agent solutions. - Advise customers on best practices for agent design, orchestration, and production readiness to maximize adoption. - Build and present compelling demos and proposals for technical teams and executive audiences alike. - Channel field insights back to research and product teams to influence the platform roadmap.

Requirements - 3+ years working with customers in a technical capacity, with direct enterprise experience preferred. - Background in product development, delivery, and change management. - Commercial instinct: comfort structuring value propositions and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside go-to-market partners. - Working proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype and communicate credibly with engineering teams. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results. - Familiarity with common LLM tooling and AI agent frameworks.

Nice to have - Experience creatively mapping enterprise workflows to AI systems. - Adaptability across varied customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
