Role overview
A Full Stack Engineer position suited to a senior or intermediate developer who wants to evolve from hands-on building into a more advisory, mentorship-focused capacity. The role spans the full stack and is shaped for someone whose technical judgment should carry increasing weight on team direction and project decisions over time.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain features across front-end and back-end layers of the application - Contribute to architecture discussions and translate technical tradeoffs into clear recommendations - Mentor and support less experienced engineers through code review, pairing, and design feedback - Partner with product and other stakeholders to scope work and shape priorities - Gradually expand into technical advisory responsibilities alongside day-to-day delivery
Requirements
- Solid professional experience as a full stack engineer working across front-end and back-end systems - Comfort owning features end to end, from user interface through the data layer - Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in guiding technical decisions - Track record of writing maintainable, well-tested code - Senior or intermediate level of professional experience
Nice to have
- Prior mentoring, tech-lead, or informal advisory experience - Interest in growing into a more strategic technical role over time
