About this role
Role overview Own onboarding and implementation for large, strategic education partners with complex, multi-product or multi-campus needs. You’ll guide partner teams through launch and adoption, advise on change management, and help strengthen implementation practices as new data-heavy use cases emerge. The role also provides mentorship and escalation support to other implementation staff.
Responsibilities - Serve as the primary implementation contact for strategic partners, managing projects from onboarding through launch and transition to ongoing partner support. - Coach partner teams on change management so relevant groups and stakeholders are prepared and involved. - Identify and mitigate delivery and partner risks in coordination with partner success colleagues. - Work with product and technical integration teams to shape implementation methods, configuration standards, and documentation for complex account types. - Maintain project plans, coordinate internal contributors, and set clear timelines and expectations with minimal oversight. - Configure automated SFTP data integrations and support field mapping and data alignment discussions between partners and technical teams. - Mentor implementation colleagues and help resolve complex delivery or relationship challenges.
Requirements - 4–6+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing delivery; the role calls for prior CRM or complex systems implementation experience. - Ability to independently manage complex partner engagements and navigate ambiguity with sound judgment. - Strong time, calendar, and project management skills, including estimating work and keeping plans current. - Clear communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt guidance for different partner audiences. - A customer-first approach, proactive risk management, and experience building trusted partner relationships.
