Role overview Join a fast-growing B2B integration provider to plan and deliver electronic invoicing and EDI projects on a cloud-based platform. Act as the technical bridge between customers, their ERP systems, and internal teams, coordinating implementations across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and technically implement e-invoicing and EDI integration projects on a cloud SaaS platform. - Serve as the interface between customers, their ERP systems, and the platform, taking ownership of new customers after sales handover. - Act as a trusted technical sparring partner for customers, solving integration issues and driving projects to successful completion. - Coordinate mappings for e-invoicing and EDI documents with the document engineering team. - Encourage evaluation and rollout of new tools and processes, managing the change for the project. - Communicate with partner companies, customers, and suppliers worldwide to keep integrations moving.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in e-invoicing and/or electronic data interchange. - Hands-on experience integrating ERP import and export interfaces using XML, CSV, and IDocs. - Experience with EDI onboardings, EDI service providers, and Value Added Networks (VANs). - Familiarity with global e-invoicing mandates and in-depth knowledge of formats such as XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and VDA, plus protocols like AS2, OFTP2, or PEPPOL. - Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in French, German, Italian, or another language is an advantage. - Background in project management, supply chain management, or logistics, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
