Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Build and improve a platform for temporary, production-like Linux development environments and AI-supported engineering workflows. The work spans product interfaces, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI features for assessment, code review, and developer productivity.

Responsibilities - Develop and maintain backend APIs and web applications across the platform. - Build automation and background services for provisioning and managing virtual machines. - Improve browser-based terminal experiences and tools for recording and reviewing work sessions. - Apply AI techniques to workflows such as candidate assessment, code review, and developer assistance. - Work across the stack, including infrastructure and deployment automation.

Requirements - Senior-level software engineering experience across backend and frontend systems. - Strong Python and Django experience, alongside React or Next.js development. - Familiarity with Linux, cloud infrastructure, and automation tooling such as Ansible. - Experience with asynchronous task processing, such as Celery, and distributed system operations. - Genuine interest in practical AI applications for software development.
