Role overview A full-stack engineering role on a small, rigorous team building the daily tools that brands and creators rely on. The work spans campaign tooling, payouts, and the dashboards used to demonstrate return on investment. Engineers are trusted to own whole features end to end while learning to ship them safely through strong review and testing practices.
Responsibilities - Design, build, and ship features across both the frontend and backend - Write durable tests and review teammates' code with care and clear feedback - Investigate and resolve production issues, turning each into a long-term fix rather than a patch - Partner directly with design and product to scope work, weigh trade-offs, and decide what to build
Requirements - 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent shipped work (open source, side projects, or bootcamp portfolios) - Solid command of JavaScript or TypeScript and comfort working in a modern frontend framework - Practical experience building and consuming REST APIs backed by a relational database - Clear written communication skills, with a default to documenting decisions and context
