Full Stack Software Engineer Intern

Role overview

This Full Stack Software Engineer Internship is designed around active contribution rather than observation. You will work on genuine product tasks, submit pull requests, receive structured feedback from an experienced engineer, and see completed work move into use. Alongside implementation, you will participate in the collaborative routines that support software delivery and learn how decisions are made across engineering, product, and design.

Responsibilities

- Implement user-facing improvements and resolve defects across frontend and backend code. - Create pull requests for your work and refine solutions through code review. - Add appropriate tests to the features and fixes you deliver. - Take part in standups and planning sessions as a contributing member of the team. - Join design and product conversations to understand requirements and provide an engineering perspective. - Apply feedback from your assigned engineering partner as you improve your technical judgment and development habits.

Requirements

- Current study in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent skills developed through self-directed learning, a bootcamp, or open-source work. - Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript. - Understanding of fundamental web concepts. - Familiarity with Git and interest in learning a collaborative pull-request and review workflow. - Curiosity, persistence, and a willingness to work methodically through unfamiliar or difficult problems.
