Developer Relations Engineer

Role overview Help developers integrate document verification capabilities by connecting product engineering with the developer community. The work combines hands-on integration development, technical education, public communication, and feedback gathering across APIs, MCP tools, and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities - Write and maintain API documentation, setup guides, and integration tutorials. - Build sample applications and reference integrations for REST APIs, MCP, and agent frameworks. - Produce technical videos, blog posts, and walkthroughs. - Represent the product at developer events, meetups, and online community spaces. - Collect developer feedback and work with engineers to improve usability and integration workflows. - Support community discussion and questions across channels such as Discord and GitHub.

Requirements - At least three years in developer relations, developer advocacy, or technical writing. - Strong programming ability, including the ability to build and ship working integrations. - Excellent technical writing, supported by published documentation, tutorials, or articles. - Experience with API-first products and developer tooling. - Confidence speaking at events and creating video content. - Interest in developer communities and open-source work.

Nice to have - Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen. - Familiarity with MCP, or a background in security, fraud detection, or compliance software. - Experience growing an early-stage developer community or creating content in multiple languages.
