Lead Demo Architect

Role overview Create customer-facing demonstrations and prototypes that make complex enterprise capabilities understandable and connect them to business outcomes. This individual contributor role works with go-to-market teams to shape engaging stories and self-service experiences, while ensuring demonstration assets and environments are ready to use.

Responsibilities - Keep demonstration assets ready across product capabilities, including environments, integrations, synthetic data, reliability checks, and fallback plans. - Build prototypes using LLM agents and reusable reference flows to illustrate complex product scenarios. - Work with go-to-market teams to understand customer problems and design relevant demonstration experiences. - Coordinate with product, marketing, solution consulting, and services colleagues to maintain useful deliverables. - Communicate product value through clear demonstrations and supporting materials.

Requirements - At least eight years of experience in a pre-sales demo engineering environment. - Experience with enterprise software and visualization tools, including how they interoperate with AI capabilities. - Ability to follow a structured design process both independently and with a team. - Experience maintaining deliverables, setting up technical environments, and developing tools to manage demonstration libraries. - Strong cross-functional communication skills and familiarity with the product platform and its evolving features. - Computer science degree with relevant AI focus, a related degree, or equivalent applicable experience.

Nice to have - Skill in delivering software demonstrations both virtually and in person. - Experience preparing workflow diagrams, proposals, statements of work, RFPs, or RFIs. - Comfort working with people at different organizational levels and familiarity with ERP, CRM, or ECM systems. - Practical AI solution design experience, including multi-agent workflows, APIs, integrations, and testing.
