Role overview This is an early-career software engineering opportunity focused on building technology that improves healthcare experiences for patients and clinicians. Engineers join small autonomous teams that own product surfaces end-to-end, with production impact expected from day one. The work spans marketplace systems, practice management software, AI-powered clinical tools, and patient data integrations, using AI-assisted development as a default workflow.
Responsibilities - Design, implement, and ship features across the full stack that solve real user problems in healthcare contexts - Build reliable, scalable systems whose quality directly affects patients, doctors, and clinics operating in high-stakes situations - Collaborate with autonomous teams to own product surfaces end-to-end, from discovery through delivery - Apply AI-assisted development tools, agents, and modern workflows as part of daily engineering practice - Break down complex systems and identify simple, effective solutions grounded in user needs - Engage directly with users to understand their workflows and iterate based on feedback
Requirements - Solid foundations in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, complexity, and core software engineering principles - Comfort working across the stack to design, implement, and ship features - Strong problem-solving ability paired with a builder mindset oriented toward outcomes - High learning velocity and ability to pick up new technologies, tools, and domains quickly - Active experimentation with AI coding tools, agents, and emerging development workflows - Genuine curiosity about users and willingness to engage with their needs
Nice to have - Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related rigorous technical discipline - Competitive programming experience through events such as ICPC, Google Code Jam, national olympiads, or Codeforces - Evidence of building products through side projects, open-source contributions, hackathons, startups, or shipped applications - Exposure to collaborative development, continuous delivery, strong observability practices, and AI-assisted development environments
