About this role
Role overview Serve as the organizational subject matter expert on provider network data for a healthcare organization that partners with primary care practices serving Medicaid patients. Own the accuracy, integrity, and lifecycle management of practice and provider information that underpins payer relationships, contract compliance, and network growth.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end roster operations, including contract accuracy review, payer submission gatekeeping, final delivery to payer account management, and ongoing master roster maintenance. - Build deep expertise across market practices, provider hierarchies, payer alignments, and contractual nuances; produce network maps and analytics that inform strategy and support leadership and field teams. - Manage complex Excel-based rosters and keep provider data accurate across CRM, SharePoint, and related systems; run self-audits, enforce version control, and surface integrity issues early. - Partner with technology and operations leadership on CRM design, vendor evaluation and implementation, user acceptance testing, and build validation. - Identify workflow inefficiencies and lead redesign and implementation of improved processes; document changes, drive adoption, and ensure consistent execution across markets. - Collaborate with practice operations and practice liaisons on roster updates, new practice onboarding, and cross-platform data accuracy.
Requirements - 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data and analytics, or healthcare operations, combining analytical rigor with operational execution. - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. - Advanced Excel skills for managing large, complex datasets with precision and consistency. - Proficiency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM, with experience contributing to system builds or testing viewed favorably. - Strong analytical ability to interpret trends, identify gaps, and translate findings into clear, actionable summaries. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills across written and verbal channels, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Nice to have - Familiarity with healthcare systems, payer and provider dynamics, and primary care operations. - Experience in a growth-stage or startup environment.
Benefits and work setup - Full-time, exempt, salaried position. - Source-listed expected base salary range of approximately $100,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience. - US-based role; hiring not supported in Alaska or Hawaii given primary operations in Eastern and Central time zones. - Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
