The role centers on designing, building, and optimizing the platform that connects applications, data, and integrations while driving reliability, security, and cost efficiency. The selected engineer will be a key contributor to ongoing cloud modernization across a complex, distributed environment.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, owning build, test, and deployment automation end to end - Standardize and normalize pipeline builds through infrastructure-as-code and reusable tooling; implement DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning and security hardening - Design and own Azure cloud infrastructure covering networking, identity and RBAC, Key Vault, monitoring, and alerting; optimize services for scale, latency, security, and cost - Implement Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and/or Bicep, and manage containerized workloads using Docker, Azure Container Registry, and Azure Kubernetes Service - Lead infrastructure modernization and Azure expansion initiatives, collaborating with leadership to identify adoption opportunities across the organization - Oversee pipelines, GitHub workflows, and infrastructure for an internal AI-native product, including container and ETL setup, governance, configuration, and production readiness for AI workloads

Requirements - 5-7 years of hands-on Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline experience in production environments, with direct ownership of the work rather than just contribution - Deep experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and/or Bicep, plus Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions - Hands-on experience with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure Container Registry, including Kubernetes operations - Solid understanding of Azure identity, networking, Key Vault, monitoring, and RBAC, plus strong troubleshooting and production incident response skills - Experience implementing DevSecOps practices such as security scanning within pipelines - Comfort working in complex, integration-heavy environments; self-starter mentality with strong ownership and the ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into scalable solutions - Current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions

Benefits and work setup - Distributed workplace with emphasis on work-life balance and professional development - Collaborative environment where initiative and growth are encouraged - Meaningful opportunities for technical and personal advancement on high-performance teams
