Role overview
A senior technical developer is sought to lead technical delivery and stability for an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment serving Finance and Accounting teams. The role spans L2/L3 incident response, BI Publisher and OTBI reporting, Oracle Integration Cloud ownership, and close collaboration with functional analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 incident and problem management plus L3 bug-fix and enhancement technical support across Oracle Fusion ERP. - Build and maintain BI Publisher and OTBI reports, dashboards, and data extracts spanning GL, AP, AR, and Procurement. - Own Oracle Integration Cloud break-fix activity, monitoring, troubleshooting, and new integration development. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs in partnership with functional analysts and stakeholders. - Maintain technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment artifacts. - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end finance operations by resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks. - Perform root cause analysis, technical testing, deployment validation, and regression testing for quarterly Oracle releases. - Collaborate on enterprise integrations and long-term solution architecture across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Five or more years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical development experience. - Strong command of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud. - Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, REST and SOAP APIs, FBDI, and HCM Data Loader processes. - Use of ATP or PaaS database services to store integration payloads, audit logs, or custom reporting layers. - Track record supporting L2/L3 production environments with documented incident and problem management. - Ability to produce technical design documentation and integration specifications. - Familiarity with SOX compliance, ITGC controls, and ERP change management. - Awareness of Oracle AI Agent Studio capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Nice to have
- Oracle Fusion technical certification or related Oracle Cloud credentials. - Experience supporting the Financial Accounting Hub. - Knowledge of quarterly Oracle release cycles and technical impact assessments. - Prior Application Managed Services delivery experience. - Background supporting SaaS finance systems at high-growth technology companies.
Benefits and work setup
- US-based remote role with optional access to a San Francisco Bay Area office. - Base salary range of $192,000 to $216,000 plus equity and benefits.
