Role overview Own product strategy for a data and AI platform spanning analytics infrastructure and systems used by modern AI applications. Responsibilities - Set and drive a multi-year roadmap across data and AI products, from analytics through AI infrastructure. - Guide development of capabilities such as vector databases, knowledge bases, MCP integrations, and open table formats to support retrieval and agent memory workflows. - Research customer demand and competing offerings to inform product positioning, pricing, and launch plans. - Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and capacity planning teams to deliver scalable, reliable services. - Gather customer feedback and prioritize improvements across the data product lifecycle. - Define and monitor measures such as utilization, reliability, and deployment speed to guide product decisions.
Requirements - At least 7 years of product management experience focused on cloud data platforms, managed databases, or large-scale analytics infrastructure. - Experience owning the lifecycle of data or AI products, from concept and pricing through large-scale deployment. - Technical fluency in vector embeddings, knowledge bases, SQL analytics, data lake architectures such as Iceberg, and the AI agent ecosystem including MCP. - Ability to explain strategy and technical choices to executives and varied technical and business audiences. - Analytical skills in capacity planning, scaling economics, or cloud service pricing. - Strong ownership and a record of delivering customer value through complex technical constraints. - A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits and work setup - The role is hybrid.
