Software Engineer | AI x Healthcare

Role overview Help build software for remote eye care, connecting patient and clinician workflows with a longitudinal record of symptoms, treatments, outcomes, and images. This early-stage, broad-scope role contributes to product, architecture, and AI systems, from full-stack features to the foundations for clinical data and imaging.

Responsibilities - Build product features across the frontend, backend services, and cloud infrastructure. - Develop agentic workflows for patients and clinicians. - Contribute to computer vision pipelines for eye imaging. - Build infrastructure for longitudinal clinical datasets. - Help make core architecture and product decisions across the stack. - Use AI development tools in day-to-day work, applying judgment and carefully reviewing and testing generated code.

Requirements - Experience shipping complete software products. - Ability to work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. - Experience building AI or machine learning systems for production. - Comfort working with a broad technical scope and taking ownership in a small, fast-moving team. - Familiarity with AI development tools and responsibility for validating their output.

Nice to have - Experience with healthcare technology or electronic health record integrations. - A portfolio of relevant work and a clear interest in the problem area.
