About this role
Role overview Build the agent workspace where people assign work to AI agents and inspect what comes back, including chat, receipts, approvals, channels, and Records views. The role focuses on details that build trust and on turning messy backend realities into calm, clear interfaces.
Responsibilities - Own significant parts of the agent workspace in Next.js, React, and TypeScript, from idea to shipped feature. - Build interfaces that make agent activity legible, including receipts, approvals, token usage, and record links. - Keep the application fast and resilient against slow, inconsistent, or incorrect APIs. - Raise the bar on the shared UI kit, accessibility, and both light and dark themes. - Collaborate closely with design and the agent team, reviewing code with care.
Requirements - 5+ years building production web apps with deep React and TypeScript experience. - Strong instincts for state management, data fetching, and optimistic updates that roll back cleanly. - A good eye for interaction design, motion, and typography. - Comfort working with external or unreliable APIs and documenting their quirks. - Clear async writing, with PR descriptions that explain trade-offs in a way people enjoy reading.
Nice to have - Experience with the Next.js App Router and server components. - Prior work on chat, collaborative, or real-time interfaces. - Familiarity with CRM, email, or sales tooling.
Benefits and work setup - Meaningful equity with a long exercise window. - Remote-first across Europe, async by default with a few overlap hours. - Private health cover (or a stipend where appropriate), $1,500 yearly learning budget, $1,000 home-office stipend plus a laptop of choice, and flexible time off with a 25-day minimum.
