This role focuses on building and improving a remote web application used for cloud infrastructure, deployment, automation, and platform operations. Responsibilities
- Deliver user-facing improvements with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and overall experience. - Propose and implement changes that improve frontend performance, maintainability, and testability. - Contribute to frontend architecture decisions for data-intensive, near-real-time interfaces. - Help manage the frontend technical backlog, including architectural improvements, bugs, and technical priorities. - Strengthen automated testing and collaborate across open-source and closed-source codebases. - Integrate the application with services used for cloud application and infrastructure management.
Requirements
- Practical experience developing modern frontend web applications. - Ability to reason about frontend architecture, performance, usability, and automated testing. - Interest in UX, UI, design systems, DevOps, site reliability, and automation. - Proactive communication and willingness to influence technical decisions. - Comfort working with APIs and complex infrastructure-related product workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks or tools such as React, Vue, Jest, Cypress, or Storybook. - Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud platforms, containers, databases, or infrastructure tooling. - Experience contributing to both open-source and private repositories.
