Responsibilities - Guide clients through hotel and resort research, factoring in preferences, travel dates, and budget considerations - Evaluate accommodations, property features, room options, amenities, and available services to recommend suitable stays - Walk clients through booking steps, confirm reservation details, and communicate updates clearly - Handle modification requests, general inquiries, and other reservation-related needs with professionalism - Maintain accurate client preference records and follow established documentation procedures - Provide timely follow-up throughout the planning and booking lifecycle using approved online platforms and industry resources
Requirements - Strong customer service orientation with solid interpersonal and rapport-building skills - Clear written and verbal communication abilities - Strong attention to detail and organizational habits when handling multiple bookings - Comfort researching and comparing information across online sources and learning new reservation platforms - Ability to manage several requests independently and follow through reliably - Must be at least 18 years old with a reliable computer and stable internet connection
Nice to have - Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or a related field, though it is not required
