Comprehensive training is provided, so no prior travel industry background is necessary.
Responsibilities - Answer client questions about vacation options, destinations, and travel details via phone, email, or chat - Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and bundled vacation packages using supplier platforms - Communicate proactively with travelers before departure, during their trip, and after they return home - Verify reservation details for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client preferences - Maintain organized client records, notes, and supporting documentation - Deliver consistent, professional customer service that builds trust and encourages repeat business
Requirements - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Comfort navigating online booking platforms, supplier portals, and standard productivity tools - Strong attention to detail and solid organizational habits - Self-discipline to work independently and productively from a remote setup - Prior customer service experience is welcomed but not required
Nice to have - Familiarity with travel reservation systems or supplier interfaces - Background in hospitality, retail, or other client-facing roles - Bilingual communication skills - Genuine interest in destinations, cruise lines, or vacation planning
