Responsibilities
- Recommend cruise lines, ships, and itineraries based on each client's preferences - Coordinate pre- and post-cruise travel, including flights and hotel stays - Book specialty dining, shore excursions, and onboard experiences - Track promotions, upgrades, and loyalty program benefits for clients - Maintain expert-level knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations
Requirements
- Prior experience booking or selling cruises is preferred - Strong familiarity with ocean and river cruise options - Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting - Excellent customer service and upselling skills
