Sr. Project Manager

Role overview Lead large, complex material handling and warehouse automation projects from kickoff through closeout. You’ll serve as a central partner to customers and internal teams, balancing delivery plans, team coordination, financial oversight, and practical problem-solving across parcel or distribution and fulfillment work.

Responsibilities - Coordinate project initiation, planning, execution, and closeout, maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project. - Set the execution approach and keep plans aligned with scope, priorities, critical paths, and available resources. - Lead cross-functional teams by clarifying ownership, communication, expectations, and accountability. - Gather and communicate requirements across technical and non-technical groups, and work with leaders to address resource gaps and delivery risks. - Manage customer communications and expectations while building productive working relationships. - Oversee project budgets, cash flow, forecasts, and billing, and resolve delivery or financial issues as they arise.

Requirements - 10+ years of project management experience in material handling, automation, parcel, warehouse operations, or distribution and fulfillment. - Experience leading large-scale automation or material handling projects; projects valued at $70 million or more are preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. - Strong communication skills for working with customers and technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Organization and adaptability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Leadership, collaboration, and solution-focused judgment through complex project challenges. - Financial capability in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk management.

Nice to have PMP certification.
