Lead Data Scientist, Product

Role overview Lead the data science function that powers growth and experimentation for an AI-driven audio and video creation platform. Partner closely with product and engineering teams to shape strategy, deepen understanding of user behavior, and raise the bar on how the organization measures and scales impact.

Responsibilities - Lead analytical work that shapes product-led growth motions and business-to-business strategy across the platform. - Map the product ecosystem end-to-end, surfacing opportunities to lift activation, engagement, and monetization. - Build and maintain self-service analytics using modern AI tooling, so stakeholders can pull trusted metrics, size opportunities, and interpret experiment results on their own. - Own success metrics and opportunity sizing for product teams, raising the rigor of prioritization and execution. - Co-design, deploy, and analyze experiments with product and engineering counterparts, including creative approaches for non-standard testing scenarios. - Champion and evolve experimentation practices and culture across the company.

Requirements - Five to eight years of experience in data science or a closely related role. - Three or more years working within a growth function at a product-led organization. - Sharp business and product intuition for identifying opportunities inside a growth ecosystem. - Strong command of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodology. - Fluent SQL skills plus proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with curiosity and comfort navigating a fast-changing environment.
