Senior DevOps & Network Administrator

Role overview A senior-level position blending DevOps engineering with network administration, focused on keeping infrastructure reliable, secure, and efficient. The role supports flexible working, offering on-site, remote, or hybrid arrangements based out of Belgrade, Serbia.

Responsibilities - Administering and maintaining network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, and connectivity services - Building and supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and configuration management practices - Monitoring infrastructure health, responding to incidents, and performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence - Collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline deployment and release workflows - Maintaining documentation for network topologies, operational runbooks, and system procedures

Requirements - Substantial professional experience in DevOps engineering and/or network administration at a senior level - Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, scripting languages, and automation tooling - Solid understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and system administration best practices - Hands-on experience with Linux environments and either cloud or on-premises infrastructure - Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior colleagues when needed

Nice to have - Familiarity with containerization platforms and orchestration tools - Experience supporting hybrid or multi-site network environments
