Senior Product Designer (Full-Stack)

Role overview Own product design from early discovery through delivery for a digital financial account spanning assets and blockchain networks. The work includes making complex financial actions understandable and trustworthy, shaping conversational and AI-assisted experiences, and helping guide product direction as the product evolves.

Responsibilities - Lead discovery, product definition, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and delivery across web and mobile. - Create user journeys, information architecture, flows, wireframes, and production-ready interfaces for complex financial features. - Use research, assumption testing, and product behavior analysis to improve the experience. - Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistent product experiences. - Partner with product, engineering, and growth teams to define problems, explore solutions, and launch features. - Improve product language and visual communication so users understand available capabilities and how to use them.

Requirements - At least 7 years designing and shipping complex digital products, ideally in fintech, crypto, or consumer finance. - A portfolio showing end-to-end product ownership, strong interaction and visual design, and measurable outcomes. - Ability to simplify technical systems into clear, trustworthy user experiences. - Strong Figma, prototyping, and design-system skills, with experience working closely with product and engineering. - Sound product judgment, ownership, and familiarity with blockchain products such as wallets, trading, DeFi, or cross-chain applications.

Nice to have - Experience with financial dashboards, wallets, trading, portfolio tools, or AI-powered interfaces. - Understanding of blockchain concepts such as transaction signing, swaps, bridging, fees, permissions, and transaction states. - Experience in user research, product analytics, experimentation, or conversion improvement. - Ability to build high-fidelity interactive prototypes; familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, or design-to-code workflows. - Experience creating or scaling a design system in an early-stage product.
