Software Engineer

Role overview

Senior UI/UX Designer position shaping user-facing experiences across web and mobile applications. The role leads the full design workflow from research through final UI implementation, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling product experiences.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete design workflow from user research through final UI design and implementation - Convert complex product specifications into user-friendly and adaptable experiences - Develop wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups - Plan and evaluate user research and usability tests to inform design decisions - Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and execute solutions - Build and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure product consistency - Mentor and provide design support to junior designers - Track industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas into the team

Requirements

- At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive product design - Expertise in design software such as Figma - Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines - Experience conducting user research and usability assessments - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design ideas and rationale - Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
