The work sits at the intersection of product strategy and technical delivery in a fast-evolving fintech environment.
Responsibilities - Lead complex new product programs from early concept and technical discovery through development, launch, iteration, and scale. - Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate strategy into sequenced roadmaps spanning multiple teams and systems. - Build clarity around architecture, dependencies, risk, operational readiness, and critical decisions across each stage of the product lifecycle. - Coordinate end-to-end launch readiness across Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. - Design launch and experimentation frameworks that help teams test assumptions, learn from user behavior, and iterate based on data. - Anticipate technical and operational constraints early, balancing speed to market with reliability, scalability, and long-term flexibility.
Requirements - 8+ years leading complex technical programs, with significant ownership of consumer product launches or 0→1 initiatives. - Proven track record of taking products from early definition through launch in partnership with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams. - Strong technical fluency across modern software systems, including mobile applications, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, and third-party integrations. - Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments where requirements, technical approaches, and priorities evolve over time. - Solid understanding of experimentation, analytics, launch readiness, and full product development lifecycles. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to translate technical or regulatory complexity for senior stakeholders, and a BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Nice to have - Background in fintech, including banking, payments, credit, lending, or other consumer financial products. - Experience launching products in regulated environments.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first culture within the United States, with flexible hours and a home office stipend. - Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. - Generous paid parental and caregiver leave, plus flexible PTO and company holidays. - 401(k) with matching contributions and access to a financial advisor. - Periodic in-person and virtual team events to connect with leadership and peers.
