Senior Software Consultant

Role overview A senior consulting role delivering ambitious cloud and data projects for a global client base. The position is fully remote and focuses on designing cloud architectures, guiding implementation, and ensuring solutions remain reliable and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities - Design and plan cloud solution architectures that meet functional and non-functional requirements. - Manage implementations of cloud architecture and ensure ongoing solution and operations reliability. - Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, propose the best solutions, monitor outcomes, and resolve technical problems. - Work with vendors and project teams to align on requirements, solutions, effort estimates, and timelines. - Produce solution documentation, share best practices, conduct code reviews, build prototypes, and participate in technology selection.

Requirements - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and either Angular or React, alongside SQL and NoSQL databases. - Deep experience with AWS cloud services, including AWS Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, and serverless or microservice-based architectures. - Solid track record designing and developing REST APIs for large, cross-team projects. - Ability to abstract complex problems into clean, implementable designs. - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with strong leadership and organizational skills. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and diagnostic abilities.
