Responsibilities

- Define and lead multi-team technical strategies for scalability and interoperability - Design frameworks and reusable systems adopted across multiple engineering pods and used as organization-wide patterns - Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning data architecture, security, and reliability - Advise senior leadership on technical direction and major tradeoffs, representing engineering in executive technical decisions and planning - Mentor senior engineers and influence both cultural and architectural evolution

Requirements

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated system design mastery - Deep experience with large-scale distributed systems, multi-cloud architectures, data pipelines, and security - Strong organizational influence and the ability to align teams across verticals - Ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable engineering execution - Commitment to mentorship, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
