Responsibilities - Serve as the inventory management lead for assigned retrieval groups, partnering with operations, client success, provider, product, and technology teams to manage inventory health, project pacing, and yield. - Lead operational performance reviews by identifying risks, running root cause analysis, building recovery plans, and driving corrective actions to resolution. - Coordinate and guide regional operations analysts, setting daily priorities, delegating work, and managing tickets for consistent execution. - Develop dashboards, reports, and trend analyses that surface operational insights and support leadership decision-making. - Facilitate cross-functional governance, including reviews, escalations, action item tracking, and alignment with client success on priorities. - Drive continuous improvement by contributing to playbooks, business control metrics, operational triggers, and the inventory management framework.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. - Two to four years of experience in operations analysis or a closely related role. - Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL, plus familiarity with project management principles. - Strong grasp of operational metrics, performance measurement, and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights. - Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to stakeholders at every level. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions, influence without authority, and follow issues through to resolution while coaching and mentoring teammates.
