Role overview This position supports a U.S. Army organization by designing and delivering low-code solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. The role sits on a collaborative team that partners with government customers to build applications, automate workflows, and surface data insights that improve mission operations.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps that streamline program and organizational workflows - Design automated processes and integrations with Power Automate to connect systems and reduce manual effort - Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations that translate operational data into clear, actionable reporting - Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, document needs, manage expectations, and run user acceptance testing - Produce technical documentation plus reference and training materials for end users and program stakeholders - Track project schedules, communicate progress, and contribute to status updates across the team
Requirements - Active Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required to obtain one) - Three to five years of hands-on Power Apps development and delivery experience - One to five years building Power Automate flows for business process automation - Advanced SharePoint Online experience and solid grasp of the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem - Familiarity with Power Pages, Dataverse, premium capacities, and UX/UI fundamentals - CompTIA Security+ or equivalent computing environment certification (preferred at hire, can be earned within 90 days)
Nice to have - Experience with model-driven Power Apps, Power BI Premium workspaces, and data modeling or data architecture work - Comfort supporting senior leaders and navigating ambiguous or evolving requirements
Benefits and work setup - Posted salary range of $115,000 to $138,000 USD, with final offer based on qualifications and experience
