Project Manager – AI Data Operations

Role overview Manage AI data labelling projects from planning through delivery, coordinating the people and work needed to produce accurate datasets. The role spans project schedules, team resources, quality, and operational improvements across multiple projects.

Responsibilities - Plan and manage several data labelling projects from kickoff to completion. - Coordinate annotators, quality reviewers, and client stakeholders. - Track milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. - Monitor dataset quality and support consistent delivery. - Identify workflow improvements and put more efficient processes in place. - Lead and communicate with distributed teams.

Requirements - Experience in project management or data operations. - Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience coordinating remote or distributed teams. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Notion.

Nice to have - Familiarity with data workflows, annotation tools, or AI projects.
