Senior AI / ML Engineer

Role overview Lead the design and delivery of machine learning systems that support enterprise automation. You’ll help set AI direction, turn current research into production-ready models, and work across research, engineering and business teams to ensure the resulting systems are reliable and aligned with product goals.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with researchers, engineers and stakeholders to define an AI strategy and roadmap. - Translate advances in AI research into models and systems that can scale in production. - Guide system architecture and prioritize features needed for deployment. - Monitor model performance and address reliability, accuracy and alignment with business objectives. - Coordinate cross-functional work to deliver AI initiatives and enterprise deployments.

Requirements - Experience in machine learning and deep learning. - Hands-on familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Understanding of large language models and their application in products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to design scalable systems and communicate effectively across disciplines. - A proactive approach to resolving complex issues and supporting successful deployments.
