Senior Software Engineers - Mobile Device Security

Role overview Build and maintain backend systems that identify sophisticated threats and zero-day exploits targeting Android and iOS devices. You will shape detection algorithms and frameworks, adapting them as mobile operating systems and attacker techniques evolve, while ensuring the systems perform reliably across on-premise and cloud environments.

Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable mobile threat detection algorithms and supporting frameworks. - Refine detection methods in response to emerging exploits and changes in Android and iOS. - Work with product and security colleagues to align engineering work with product needs. - Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of backend solutions. - Support junior engineers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Requirements - At least five years of professional software engineering experience; security-focused experience is preferred. - Working knowledge of Go, Python, and Rust. - Familiarity with continuous integration practices and container tools such as Docker. - Clear communication skills for discussing technical subjects with varied audiences. - Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have - Experience with IDA Pro or comparable reverse engineering tools. - Previous work in information security or at a relevant government agency.
