Role overview
Help enterprise customers build durable data and AI capabilities by designing and delivering tailored learning experiences as a customer-facing technical trainer. The role combines live instruction (virtual and onsite) with the creation of custom courses, projects, certifications, and assessments aligned to each organization's tools and goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging live training sessions for enterprise customers across virtual classrooms and onsite settings. - Design and build customized learning content such as courses, projects, assessments, and certifications on the learning platform. - Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content teams to scope blended learning paths that map to specific roles and outcomes. - Tailor instruction and materials for varied personas, from analysts and engineers to business users and executives. - Drive measurable skill uplift, customer satisfaction, repeat bookings, and professional services revenue targets. - Stay current with modern data and AI tools, quickly learning new platforms to incorporate them into training delivery.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for teaching, with comfort leading multiple hours of live virtual or onsite instruction each week. - Broad data engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in Snowflake and Databricks. - Two or more years in technical training, data science or analytics education, solutions engineering, or a similar instructor-facing role. - Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Detail-oriented, process-driven approach to delivering consistent, substantive sessions and materials. - Flexible schedule to support multiple time zones, with occasional travel for onsite delivery.

Benefits and work setup
