Learning Solution Architect - AI/Software Engineering

Role overview A customer-facing technical instructor focused on helping organizations build practical AI and software engineering capabilities. The role combines live training delivery with the design of tailored learning paths, custom courses, projects, certifications, and assessments. It sits at the intersection of education, customer success, and applied AI, supporting high-value enterprise clients in achieving measurable skill gains.

Responsibilities - Deliver engaging live training sessions in virtual and onsite classroom settings. - Design and produce reusable learning content such as custom courses, projects, assessments, and certifications aligned to client roles, tools, and outcomes. - Partner with customer success, sales, product, and content teams to scope blended learning programs. - Translate complex AI and software engineering topics into material suitable for analysts, engineers, business users, and executives. - Adapt content quickly to new tools, frameworks, and learner personas across multiple time zones. - Contribute to customer satisfaction and professional services revenue goals tied to training impact.

Requirements - 2+ years in technical training, data science education, solutions engineering, or similar instructor roles. - Broad AI engineering experience spanning machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning. - Demonstrated teaching presence, with comfort leading multiple hours of classroom time per week. - Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Detail-oriented, process-driven approach to building high-quality learning materials. - Flexible schedule to cover global time zones and occasional travel for onsite sessions.

Nice to have - Background designing learning programs that map to specific business outcomes. - Experience creating certifications or competency frameworks.
