Role overview

A senior engagement manager is needed within a forward deployed engineering organization to deliver measurable impact for public sector customers at the regional or business unit level. The position owns and independently scopes multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives in environments with no clear precedent, operating with high autonomy. The role combines delivery leadership, account strategy, sales of professional services offerings, and mentorship of more junior engagement managers.

Responsibilities

- Drive regional and business unit impact, contributing to team-level booking and consumption targets - Navigate complex regulatory and market-specific requirements across multiple countries - Coach and support junior engagement managers, acting as a go-to resource on complex projects - Shape account strategy in alignment with client goals and lead the sale of complex professional services and training offerings - Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements

Requirements

- 10+ years of leadership experience in professional services delivery - Expert-level understanding of professional services and training offerings and the ability to tailor solutions to complex environments - Recognized as an external thought leader in the industry - Expertise in data and AI platform architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning - Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required - Active high-level government security clearance
