Delivery Solutions Architect - Public Sector (SLED)

Role overview Guide public sector customers through the post-sale adoption of data and AI workloads, from technical onboarding to production use and ongoing optimization. This role combines technical account leadership with customer growth planning: you coordinate specialists and customer stakeholders while serving as a credible technical lead across complex engagements.

Responsibilities - Build account plans with solution architects, mapping priority use cases and how they can move from initial commitment into production. - Coordinate customer teams and internal specialists through onboarding, enablement, go-live, adoption, and healthy ongoing usage. - Act as the primary technical contact for questions and issues affecting agreed production use cases. - Identify delivery needs beyond your own scope, engage appropriate support or services teams, and escalate to technical experts when needed. - Work with professional services teams on proposals that can accelerate implementation. - Track customer health, risks, investment, adoption, and use case progress; share updates with customer and internal leaders. - Coordinate plans for user growth, cost management, tuning, operational governance, and relevant product updates.

Requirements - U.S. citizenship is required for access to classified information under federal contract and site access requirements. - At least 7 years of accountability for technical project or program delivery in data and AI, including participation in customer design discussions. - Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala. - Experience in a customer-facing technical architecture, consulting, customer success, or pre-sales role. - Understanding of distributed data system architecture and the ability to communicate technical decisions across an organization. - Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
