Delivery Solutions Architect - Public Sector (Defense Industrial Base)

Role overview Own post-sale technical delivery for complex data and AI engagements with customers in the defense industrial base. You will guide selected workloads from technical decision through onboarding, production, and sustained adoption, while coordinating customer stakeholders and internal specialists. The role is remote within the United States and involves travel of up to 30%; U.S. citizenship is required for classified-information access.

Responsibilities - Build technical account strategies and execution plans for priority customers and their use cases. - Coordinate onboarding, enablement, go-live, and continued use of workloads across customer teams and internal groups. - Act as the technical lead for assigned engagements and first contact for production and launch questions. - Develop plans to move use cases into production, bringing in specialist or professional services support where appropriate. - Coordinate with product and engineering teams on new capabilities, preview programs, and upgrades. - Manage plans for adoption, user growth, cost control, optimization, and governance; report usage, customer health, risks, and progress.

Requirements - U.S. citizenship. - At least seven years accountable for technical project or program delivery in data and AI, including customer-facing technical discussions and design choices. - Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala. - Experience in customer-facing presales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting. - Understanding of distributed data system architecture and how to connect solutions to business value. - Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
